Our location is a unique combination of a media house, coworking space, and office with a fantastic courtyard. Formerly known as the main and media building of the Ostsee Zeitung in Wismar, Wismar Bay is now the new New Work location in Wismar and Northwest Mecklenburg. Our coworking space was created in cooperation with the publishing house, hence the name: Project Bay powered by Basislager. This unique collaboration creates a dynamic and diverse community for networking and exchange of ideas.
Our location is situated in an impressive Hanseatic building, nestled in the picturesque downtown of Wismar. The building, styled in North German Brick Gothic, lends a special charm to the working environment and creates an inspiring atmosphere.
Our coworking space has a conference room with Hanseatic charm, which is perfect for meetings and teamwork. In addition to the indoor area, our great courtyard offers the opportunity to work outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. Experience a work environment that promotes both creativity and productivity while benefiting from the inspiring surroundings amidst the historic Hanseatic charm.

Wismar Bay is an inspiring coworking and community space with flexible facilities for workshops and seminars. Our conference room in the attic can accommodate up to 18-20 people and creates a special atmosphere.
Additionally, a meeting room for up to 8 people is available. Modern technology such as televisions, screens, and a video conferencing system support your presentations. Use our whiteboards for visualizing ideas and creative exchange.

Pet-friendly workation: Office and travelling with four-legged friends
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcomed in selected, dog-friendly apartments and in our co-working space, allowing you to enjoy your workation with your beloved pet. Please note that we charge a surcharge for the stay of each animal guest according to our current price list. Your animal companion is not allowed to use or enter the sauna and wellness area.
In the surrounding area, there are also dog-friendly parks and beaches where your dog can romp and play to its heart's content. You are also warmly welcomed with your dog in many restaurants and cafes in Wismar.
