Gearbeitet wird bei Hammamet Bay im Meetingraum des TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet. Der Raum ist ruhig, klimatisiert und nur ein paar Schritte von euren Zimmern entfernt. Es gibt feste Schreibtische und Sitzplätze, die Klimaanlage regelt ihr selbst, so bleibt es auch im Hochsommer angenehm. Das WLAN reicht durchs ganze Hotel und ist im All-Inclusive-Paket schon drin.
Wenn ihr für den Workshop etwas ausdrucken müsst, geht das an der Rezeption. Kaffee, Wasser und Snacks laufen über All Inclusive, Theas Coffee Shop und die Poolbar liegen gleich um die Ecke. Und für die Pause zwischen zwei Sessions habt ihr Pool und Strand direkt vor der Tür.
Ihr wohnt im TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet, einem 4-Sterne-Haus im TUI BLUE Style. Die hellen Doppelzimmer haben Balkon oder Terrasse, auf Wunsch mit Blick aufs Meer. Sie sind ab 28 m² groß, mit Marmorboden, Regendusche, Safe, Minibar, Kaffee- und Teezubereiter und einem Kissenmenü.
Nach dem Workshop-Tag findet jeder im Team seinen Ausgleich. Es gibt drei Pools (Hauptpool mit Kinderbecken, einen beheizten Indoorpool und einen Strandpool), ein Spa mit Hamam, Whirlpool, Beauty-Center und vier Behandlungsräumen, dazu das BLUEF!T® Fitnessstudio, zwei Tennisplätze mit Flutlicht, Beachvolleyball und Minigolf.
Ums Essen müsst ihr euch nicht kümmern. Mit All Inclusive ist vom Frühstück bis zum Mitternachtssnack alles abgedeckt, lokale und internationale Getränke auch. Ihr habt vier Restaurants (Buffet, À-la-carte, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte, Pool-Snack) und vier Bars zur Auswahl, und einmal pro Aufenthalt gibt es ein À-la-carte-Dinner im Culinarium. Das bietet sich für einen gemeinsamen Teamabend an.
Das Hotel ist bewusst ruhig gehalten, ohne Spaßpools und ohne Animationsprogramm am laufenden Band. Genau richtig, wenn ihr euch aufs Team konzentrieren wollt.
Hammamet ist Tunesiens Klassiker am Mittelmeer, mit weißem Sandstrand, Jasminduft und einer Medina direkt am Wasser. Von Hammamet Bay seid ihr in wenigen Minuten mittendrin.
Für einen gemeinsamen Nachmittag bietet sich die Medina mit der Kasbah an, etwa 5 km entfernt, mit Souks, Cafés und einer Festung mit Meerblick. In der Töpferstadt Nabeul, rund 10 km weiter, gibt es einen Wochenmarkt. Wer aufs Wasser will, findet Wasserski, Jetski und Kajak direkt am Hotelstrand (gegen Gebühr). Golfer im Team spielen im Golf Citrus mit 18 Löchern, etwa 15 km entfernt.
Für einen ganzen Ausflugstag lohnen sich Karthago und Tunis (ca. 65 km), das Amphitheater von El Djem oder Sidi Bou Said. Und weil das Klima mild ist, funktioniert ein Offsite hier auch im Winter.
