Your workspace is on the third floor of TUI BLUE Montafon: permanently set-up desks, ergonomic chairs, fast Wi-Fi throughout the building – and the peaks of the Silvretta and Rätikon ranges right outside the window. Getting into focus comes easily here. In between, grab a coffee at the bar or an à la carte snack (daily 11:30–17:30) and, when the weather is good, keep working on the terrace overlooking the valley.

At the inspiration table and in the BLUE® app you'll find ideas for life after the laptop – hikes starting right at the hotel, cable cars, local food. In the Montafon, the end of the workday is never far away. Montafon Bay can be booked from 6 April to 1 November 2026 and again from 4 December 2026.

For workshops, strategy days or a full team offsite you have two air-conditioned rooms with daylight and mountain views: “Schruns” (54 m²) and “Tschagguns” (44 m²). Combined they offer 98 m² – space for up to 80 people in theatre seating, 48 in classroom style or 30 in a U-shape. Blackout, dimmable lighting, screen, sound system, flipchart, whiteboard, pinboard and a facilitation kit come as standard; additional equipment is available on request.

From trainers to the social programme, we take care of everything: mountain breakfast, yoga on the mountain, e-bike tour, archery, raft building & SUP, wine tasting – or, in winter, night sledging and a ride in a PistenBully. We're happy to put together your offsite package individually.

TUI BLUE Montafon was newly built in 2020 and is tailored to active travellers and mountain lovers. You stay in a Classic double room with mountain view (20 m²), a Superior (28 m²) or a Junior Suite (35 m²) – all with individually adjustable air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe and free Wi-Fi.

After work, the BLUE® Spa awaits (daily 15:00–21:00, ages 16+): Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath, plus a relaxation room with mountain views and three treatment rooms for massages from classic to hot stone. The gym with cardio and strength equipment and TRX is free to use, and the BLUEf!t® programme offers guided group classes. In summer, admission to the neighbouring Alpenbad Montafon pool is included.

The Restaurant with its terrace (breakfast buffet included, dinner 18:00–21:00, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options) and The Bar keep you well fed – regional, with herbs from the hotel's own garden and Montafon's Sura Kees cheese on the menu.

The Montafon is Vorarlberg's valley for active people. In winter, three ski areas are practically on your doorstep: Silvretta Montafon with 141 km of slopes (690–2,430 m), the Golm adventure mountain (27 km) and Gargellen (28 km) – plus a boarder park, guided snowshoe hikes, sledging, curling and ice skating. Skis and boards are easy to rent in the village, and a heated boot dryer awaits at the hotel.

In summer, hiking and trail-running routes start right at the hotel, mountain-bike and e-bike tours lead up to the alpine pastures, and via ferratas take you into the rock. Golf Club Montafon is only 1.7 km away. Year-round highlights include the Silvretta High Alpine Road, the 476 m Montafon Ice Tunnel – the longest in the world – and a tasting of the tangy Sura Kees cheese at the cheese house next door.

Car: Take the A14 (exit Bludenz/Montafon, approx. 10 km) straight to Tschagguns. The hotel offers free outdoor parking without reservation as well as EV charging points in the TUI eCharge network.

Train: Schruns station is just 1.5 km away – the transfer to the hotel is free. With the Montafon Brandnertal Card you can also use buses, cable cars (79 lifts) and swimming pools throughout the region.

Plane: Friedrichshafen (100 km), Innsbruck (140 km) or Zurich (167 km); an airport transfer can be booked for a fee.

Bike: If you arrive with your own bike, the hotel has a lockable bike room.

The Montafon is a paradise for dogs – alpine meadows, forest trails and mountain streams right outside the door. Dogs are welcome at TUI BLUE Montafon with prior registration (€25 per night). TUI BLUE Montafon covers 100% of its electricity needs from renewable sources, relies almost entirely on LED lighting and energy-saving switches in the rooms, and does without single-use plastic. Herbs for the restaurant grow in the hotel's own garden, and toiletries are free of microplastics and animal testing. Guests arriving by train are picked up from the station free of charge – a workation that's good for the region, too.
