At Château Béla you work in historic rooms with modern touches. For your workshops and group sessions there are salons and meeting rooms equipped with conference tables, projectors, screens and facilitation materials. And when your heads are full, you step out into the castle garden.

At lunch and dinner you sit together in the in-house restaurant, later at the bar. That is often where the thing you actually came for happens: real conversations away from the agenda.

Group size is flexible. From a small leadership circle to a large company event, a lot is possible here; the largest banquet hall holds up to 420 people. If you like, you can have the castle exclusively to yourselves, or book only the rooms and spaces you really need.

Château Béla sits on 28 hectares of grounds, surrounded by the hotel's own vineyards and not far from the Danube. So there is plenty of space, even for a larger group that wants a bit of room from each other now and then.

The rooms are furnished with wooden furniture and have satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar and a safe. The spacious marble bathrooms come with a bathtub. After a long workshop day that helps more than you might think.

The spa area has a Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and a fitness centre. On top of that there are massage rooms, a bathhouse for aroma baths and even a private cinema for a team movie night. In summer the outdoor pool is open too.

For your team evening, a wine tasting with the house wines is a great fit. And anyone who wants to get moving in the morning can do yoga on site.

Bela is in southern Slovakia, rural, between vineyards and lots of nature. For an offsite that means few distractions and plenty of room for what you are actually there for.

If you plan a day for a shared experience, Slovakia has a lot to offer. The capital Bratislava with its old town, castles and wineries in the region, or simply a long evening of Slovak cuisine. Trips to the High Tatras or the Slovak Paradise take more time and are better suited to longer stays.

Good times of year for an offsite in Bela are late spring and early autumn. We agree with you which of these fits your programme.

The nearest airports are Bratislava and Budapest. From there you continue to Château Béla by rental car, shuttle, bus or taxi.

By train you also travel to Bratislava or Budapest. The last stretch is by taxi or shuttle.

If you come by car, there is parking at the castle hotel.

Especially for larger groups, a joint transfer from the airport or station is worth it. Just tell us in your enquiry how you plan to travel and we will include it in the planning.

Someone on your team wants to bring their dog? That works at Château Béla. With its large grounds, gardens and walking paths, there is plenty of room for the dog while you are in the workshop.

An additional cleaning fee applies for overnight stays with a dog. Just mention your four-legged companion in your enquiry and we will sort out the rest.
