FAQ - Questions about the CoWorking space

Can I come by to work at any time?

In theory, yes – if you have booked a CoWorking Pass or similar, our access system gives you access to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are not a guest with us yet or want to work spontaneously, it would be great if you simply give us a quick call at 038 302 721 999. Otherwise we have core hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm during which you can

simply ring the bell at the entrance and we will take care of you.

Is using the printer free of charge?

Yes, you may use the printer free of charge if you have a valid pass for the coworking space.  Please note that we only provide regular copy paper in the space and do not stock special photo paper or the like.

What is the difference between a coworking space and an internet café?

In the past, people rented stationary computers in an internet café to research things, print documents or simply play an online game with a good internet connection. Since everyone owns a tablet, smartphone or laptop nowadays, those places have all but died out.

A coworking space, however, still helps when you need a printer and scanner or a quiet place to work with a stable high-speed internet connection. The important thing is that you almost always need your own computer. If yours has just broken or none is available for whatever reason, it's worth calling the coworking space and a solution will surely be found. So Project Bay is an internet café 2.0!

Can I cook my own food on site?

Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen where you may use everything. Feel free to team up with your coworkers to get to know them better while cooking.

I have to make a lot of phone calls – is that possible at your place?

Since the pandemic, online meetings have become the norm – of course that also works here.

Short phone calls are welcome in the regular coworking area; if the meetings get a bit longer we recommend sitting down in one of the free offices/meeting rooms. In general, about 2 hours of meeting room time are included; however, if you know you'll be on the phone all day we recommend the "Day Pass - Private Office".
