At Project Bay on the island of Rügen we offer self-employed professionals, micro and medium-sized companies seminars on a wide range of digital and management topics. From an introduction to Google search engine optimization (SEO), to creating and managing the Google Business listing for smaller companies, to specific workshops on agile, change or lean management to help a company grow and expand.

We also want to help drive digitalization in Germany – especially Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania – further forward, and together with our specialized partners we teach technical know-how in the areas of artificial intelligence and programming to bring new and future-proof ideas to medium-sized businesses.

We at Project Bay also believe that rural areas and established industries still hold a great deal of potential to emerge as further winners of digitalization.

We are happy to organize courses for windsurfing, stand-up paddling, canoeing, kitesurfing or sailing. We are also happy to advise you on which sport might suit you as a team.

All our seminars can be booked individually, but we are also happy to put together individual packages that include accommodation and use of the coworking space for the duration of the seminar – and beyond. Of course, it is also possible to include further activities such as bike tours, hiking or sightseeing on the island of Rügen.
